Nayelli Gonzalez, M.B.A+

Nayelli is the Founder and CEO of CreatorsCircle, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit resource hub that connects diverse youth with opportunities to create a life of purpose and impact. In previous roles, Nayelli has led global teams and advised startups, nonprofits, small businesses and Fortune 100 companies on innovation strategies that ignite collaboration, build capacity, and drive stakeholder engagement. Combining a background in communications, education, and sustainable management, Nayelli has also developed impact-focused curricula, designed workshops, and facilitated sessions for everyone from high school and graduate-level students to corporate teams. 

As a way to create impact on a local level, Nayelli has actively volunteered with a variety of mission-driven organizations in the San Francisco-Bay Area over the past 15+ years. A trained journalist with an MBA, she also writes about sustainable business and social impact trends for a variety of publications, and regularly speaks at conferences and universities.

Nayelli holds certificates from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in evaluating social programs and big data analytics and an MBA in Sustainable Management from the Presidio Graduate School. She received undergraduate degrees in history and journalism from Boston University, as well as graduate degrees in history and education from the University of California, Berkeley and Stanford University, respectively. Nayelli began her career as a high school history teacher and founding faculty member of a startup charter school and is the first in her family to pursue higher learning. She’s a systems thinker who loves to learn, share knowledge, and help others connect the dots.

I have advised startups, nonprofits, small businesses and Fortune 500 companies on a range of issues to advance positive social and environmental impact. Guided by curiosity and logic, my work has entailed crafting data-rich insight reports that shape strategy, developing strategic partnerships that ignite collaboration, and building capacity within impact organizations to drive stakeholder engagement and activation. As part of previous roles, past clients include The Coca-Cola Company, AT&T, Caesars Entertainment, Jackson Family Wines, Omidyar Network and Conveners.org.

I have actively volunteered with and have developed community partnerships with a range of mission-driven organizations in the San Francisco-Bay Area over the past fifteen years. I currently serve as the President of the Stanford University Latino Alumni Association of Northern California, and have volunteered in various capacities with the following organizations: Conscious Capitalism, Net Impact, Imagine H20, Women's Initiative for Self-Employment, and Young Women Social Entrepreneurs.
